At Qalam, we are committed to making sacred knowledge as accessible as possible. Our five-year Seminary program is designed with our students in mind. Students can choose from full-time or part-time courses, and in-person or online learning. The program is also designed with strategic entry and exit points after Year 1 and Year 2 to facilitate and support students to pursue their unique personal goals. Those students who wish to complete the entire program will graduate at the completion of Year 5.

Please note the following important dates:

• Free Application Deadline: Sunday, February 8, 2026

• Regular Application Deadline: Sunday, March 29, 2026

• Letters of Recommendation (Hard Cut-Off): Friday, April 24, 2026

For new applicants - those applying for admission into Year 1, Year 2, or Year 3 of the ʿĀlimiyyah Program for the first time - please set aside approximately 2 hours to complete the full application. This includes multiple assessments, a personal statement, and required supporting documentation.

Current students continuing their program should also use this same application to fill out the "Continuing Student Enrollment Form".
